Eucalyptus and winter berries

$250
Select size

Dark eucalyptus leaves curl around clusters of pale winter berries, painted in thin underglaze layers on terracotta. The composition came from a winter walk — a branch picked up on the path, studied for days before a single line was drawn.

Still and unhurried, the way winter should feel.

"Each winter branch holds a kind of quiet patience. Eucalyptus and berries — together they remind me that beauty doesn't need warmth to exist."

— Dasha Orlinsky, artist
